Costs For Debt Collection

Costs payable by you are limited to those disbursements actually incurred by us in lodging business name of Company searches, the filing, service or re-service at a new address of your Court documents, our attendance at an Examination or Installment Order Hearing, or time actually spent in locating your debtors, should they vacate their address. These costs only come into existence should legal action be necessary.

Local court filing fee on request for a certified copy of judgement or a certified copy of a writ for the levy of property	$80.00*	$160.00*

NSW court filing fees marked * above, are not subject to GST. Solicitors' professional fees and court recoverable service fees (as referred to in the accompanying proposal) are inclusive of GST. Your debtor is liable for full payment of these fees, including GST where this is applicable.
All other fees set out above are quoted exclusive of GST.
The fee for service of documents may carry a surcharge, where the address is outside of metropolitan Sydney, Newcastle or the Central Coast.
