The key to our success grows from the high level of our recoveries, resulting from a proactive, assertive and "out of the box" approach to the pursuit and recovery of our clients' debts. This is combined with a corporate philosophy which is reflected in the culture of our staff, of always being committed to the highest possible standards of service to each and every one of our clients, no matter how small or large their business might be.
We take great pride in creating close and long term partnerships with
our clients. This is in part achieved through the allocation of a
dedicated account manager to each and every client, who personally looks
after every aspect of that client's debt recovery needs from day one
until collection. This relationship with our clients is enhanced by the
provision of 24 hour client internet access to our systems. It is the
cornerstone of our business philosophy and emphasis.
In addition, each Pro-Collect client has direct access to the management team. Clients like to discuss business with managers who understand their needs and who are proactive in delivering solutions. As part of this we offer free credit consultation advice to all of our existing clients. This has been instrumental in enhancing many of our clients credit applications, guarantee documents and finance industry consumer loan contracts, to afford maximum protection in the event of default, including recovery of all costs.
Our expertise and experience has grown from in excess of 30 years in the collection industry.
Pro-Collect maintains a long list of satisfied large, medium and small clients many of which have been with us for years. These include a number of large or well-respected corporations, including financiers and insolvency practitioners.

Stuart Scott -
Managing Director
Stuart Scott has managed accounts receivable services and has been actively involved in debt collection and associated services at all levels since 1976. After a number of senior credit management roles in the finance industry, in 1987 he became the first Australian director of Bay Collection Agency. In 1991 and until 2003 he commenced and operated his own Sydney-based debt collection agency. He has been the managing Director of Pro-Collect since 2005.
